• Shaft Design.  A unique drywell design eliminates oil leakage and product contamination while minimizing shaft deflection and wear.
• Mixer Housing.  Closed-grain cast iron construction minimizes the effects of stress and shock loads and eliminates oil leakage.
• Bearings.  High quality precision taper roller and spherical bearings provide greater reliability and life span.
• Pinion and Gears. Precision gearing with minimum AGMA 10 quality, feature carburized, ground helical gears for quiet, efficient operation.
• Piloted C-Face Motor Mount.  Precision case machine piloted pedestal ensures alignment and eliminates the need for high-speed motor alignment or shimming.
